Privacy & data use
Rankings Watch is operated by VARIAY INC. in Canada. This notice was updated on 5 November 2026.
Visiting the site
You can read the rankings without an account. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, processing request information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and prevent abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate traffic and performance measurements; it does not use analytics cookies or track you across websites.
We load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s font requests. Following a source or game link takes you to another provider’s site and privacy policy.
Steam ranking data
We retrieve public, aggregate Steam chart data: app IDs, names, positions, concurrent-player counts and the chart’s update time. We keep current values and snapshots of order changes for historical comparisons. We do not offer Steam sign-in or retrieve players’ profiles, Steam IDs, friends, libraries or individual activity.
Ranking records are stored in our Cloudflare database, whose primary location is currently in the United States. Local development or backup copies may also be kept in Canada. Cloudflare processes website requests through its global network; this is not a promise that all request processing stays in those two countries.
History starts when we begin following the chart. Source access and continued availability are not guaranteed; records may be removed if required by the source’s terms.
Steam attribution and terms
Steam data comes from Valve under the Steam Web API Terms of Use. Rankings Watch is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve. Steam and its trademarks belong to Valve.
Steam data is provided as is and as available, with no guarantees of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a purpose or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Valve and its suppliers disclaim warranties and liability for losses or damages arising from its use. If you disagree with these conditions, stop using the Steam data.
